NWTF DD Adams Award Winner! This soft maple and cedar laminate pot is a temptation that old gobblers can not resist. With an engraved sound board, this call has a nasally front end and a raspy barking yelp. This call comes with two, two piece, strikers one dymondwood and one hickory.

This is only the third pot call I've ever owned, and the first that wasn't a slate. The Crystal mistress is much easier to play than I expected. It is very easy to get clear purrs and clucks out of it, and she makes great yelps with a nice touch of rasp on the back half. It just sounds GOOD! Both of the strikers it comes with sound great. I honestly can't tell which one I like more. I also ordered a one piece Jatoba striker which I personally like the best.
2 weeks till turkey season starts here in Florida but so far the sound is great this will be my go to call this spring

I’ve had this call for a few years now and have killed some birds while using it makes nice sounding yelps I haven’t became good enough to kee kee in the woods but I’m sure the call can do it just gonna take more practice on my end overall really great sounding call!
I haven’t used the crystal mistress yet, but as soon as I scratched the surface of this call I knew it would take the place of my slate. The sound is amazing and true to life. I’ll definitely be getting another one of David’s call.
This was my first DH call. It was so great I now how 4 of his pot calls and a box call. And so much more that I want!
I have not been in the field with it yet. The call is very well made has a great sound. I'm using a yellow heart striker and can't wait to get it in the field. Looking forward to taking my first gobbler of the spring with it. I hunt mostly in Pa. and NY so turkey season a a ways off yet but I have been watching a flock of 14 long beards. Thanks again for a great product.
This is the first non "off the shelf" turkey call I have ever bought. I cannot believe the sound difference! So far superior to mass produced calls. I can't wait to use it hunting. Especially nice to have the sweet spot already professionally "roughed out" and ready to go. A+++
