I had only used slate before, so I required a bit of practice, it can get much louder than my old slate. Hen hammered back and 2 Toms gobbled multiple times…until the hen busted me, she was close, seen the Toms but out of range…thank you DH !

The important thing is it sounds great and is easy to use. I choose Davids call because he played it and I got to hear it. Other sites just show youu pictures. Also bought the short cedar box with the same quality work and sound.

First Time I used I called in a nice bird directly off the roost for my good friend visiting from Arkansas. We left that spot moved about a mile by foot picked up another bird and called him in within an hour. What a great first morning with a great friend and great call.
