The next call in the Top Shelf line up. The Top Shelf Slate is a polished slate calling surface in a black limba and bloodwood laminate pot. The combination results in an extremely easy to use and lively slate call. Great for both soft calling and excited aggressive calling. This slate will give you traditional slate cluck and purrs with lively glass like cutting and yelps. Each call comes with one dymondwood two piece striker.

Not only great sounding, but also one of the best looking pot calls you will ever see. I’m a slate guy and already own the cherry slate, which I love, but this call can really do it all. You can get as loud as any glass call I’ve owned in the past and then come down to the soft finishing calls with ease. I purchased the Tigerwood one piece striker that was recommended to pair with the diamondwood that the call came with and it really is the most complete package pot I’ve ever owned. Will not be leaving the vest.

Pure turkey. Probably be outlawed if it ever gets out. It’s locked in the gun safe and the house is still surrounded by birds. Seriously though, this call is beautiful and sounds great! As with every DH call, his attention to detail and craftsmanship are very impressive. I’m sure the grandkids will fight over this one once I’m gone.

This call can do it all! It is a rare find to get a true slate pot call that plays beautifully at a sweet, soft “ pillow talk” yet also can reach out and touch them like a crystal! I absolutely love it and highly recommended it as your next slate purchase. I consider it a heirloom for my grandson.
This is one of the best slate calls I've used..I love turkey calls and believe you can never have to many as you never know what that Tom wants to hear that day. This call produces all the sounds I like to hear in a slate call ....with ease! Highly recommended
