Very raspy yelps combined with clean clucks and cuts. This call has a versatile range for both close is and, when you want to reach out, you can make those louder calls to reach deeper into the woods. Some other manufacturer's calls you have to work hard to find the raspy bottom end of the yelp. Not this one. It takes minimal effort and air to get the raspy part of the note.

The black cherry was so easy to pick up and use right out of the box! Great quality and American made! Also a great mouth call for beginners.
