I’ve had some decent calls, but never a good box call. Decided to make an investment and go high end on this one. I hunt at a club and wanted something that would stand out from the sounds my fellow members were makin’. Our birds get real wise, real fast when the season begins here in NE Ohio. This call far exceeded my expectations. The sound is crisp and unique, just like the description says. The quality is top notch. As soon as you pick it up you can tell it in a league of its own when it comes to Turkey calls. My kids will fight over this thing when I’m gone. Thank you David and Ashley for the outstanding customer service as well. I appreciated it!
This is my fourth box I’ve purchased from David & this Ebony & Poplar is just like my other three boxes,it talks the talk to get them ole tom’s to walk the walk! The best sounding boxes out there.

First impression upon opening was the craftsmanship. Beautiful piece of work and will stand out next to any other box call out there. The design of the call makes it easy to use and clearly has a formula to produce the best box calls. Finally the sound, which matters most, is phenomenal. Great high end into a raspy bark that is sure to get them fired up. I will purchase more and am a customer for life.

The best box I've ever heard!
My wife informed me this year she was calling in her own turkey. That being said, I ordered this box call. Never even have trying one before, we went over the basics and the practicing began. This call was so simple to get used to, effortless and the sound is 100% pure turkey. No doubt in my mind she will have the turkeys wound up opening morning. Stellar work David, thank you sooo much for producing such amazing calls.
My husband loved the call. Already looking at others to purchase. Very unique and distinct sound. A call of this quality and sound cannot be purchased in a store.
