These things are absolutely beautiful and themselves just like the box call they hold , are works of art. You simply cannot own one of these beautiful calls made by David and not put in a worthy holster. These are the icing on the cake to go with the short box. This is my 2nd box call case. I liked the quality and looks of my 1st case I got for my actual David Halloran box call that I bought another for my older box call too. Having purchased the ebony and walnut shortbox, I wanted a holster to secure the call so that, hopefully, I wouldn't lose it. I bought the stressed leather holster and I love it. It is well made and and quite appealing to the eye. I would recommend this product to anyone who spent the money on one of David's well-crafted short boxes. This is another great product from David Halloran's Turkey calls!
