I ordered this box call for my Dad as a Christmas gift. He’s an avid Turkey hunter and has had his eye on it for a while… always searching for the best product. Not only did this turkey call meet his high expectations but it is a memorable piece that he can cherish. When he opened the gift and saw the engraving with mine and my sisters names/message, the toughest guy I know cried like a baby. This call is a piece of art, the craftsmanship is phenomenal, and the personalization option makes it the most special piece in my father’s arsenal. I would recommend to anyone!
Box call is extremely well made. The yelp, cluck and purr sound amazing. Love the rasp. Will definitely be the demise of some gobblers this spring. Thx David
I’ve been turkey hunting for 30 years plus and I have many calls in my vest. David’s just calls have just a little more something in them that I hear in any others I have. I just purchased a few for Christmas gifts this year for my boys. I probably screwed up because we are hunting in the same area. Thanks David for what you do, your calls a the best I’ve played
I have several box calls made by great turkey call makers but none can match this one on pure turkey sounds! David I’m 71 & I’ve been hunting turkeys 40+ yrs. This box call is the best sounding box I’ve ever had ,thank you for a beautiful box with a AWESOME sound!!! Also thanks for the fast delivery just before Christmas. I can’t hardly wait for spring.This is the best box call I have ever owned. The craftsmanship is off the chart. I will not be turn down when I give out that invitational shotgun wedding with this call. The old gobbler will not be able too resist. The ebony & walnut box call makes better calls than I can make with my mouth calls or slate calls and I have been calling turkeys for 35 years! This is the first box call I have ever used and the first morning out I was “guiding” a friend for his first turkey hunt and called in a gobbler from hundreds of yards away. I’m not sure of the exact distance because we could barely hear him. It was on neighboring private land so we couldn’t get closer to him. Called him to within 15 yards. I’m sold on this call and how easy it is to use and make fantastic turkey sounds. It can call quietly - or so loud that it literally hurts your ears. Wow!
