This thing is pure turkey. I’ve always carried a box call in my vest as a formality, it’s what grandad did. With that said, if a guy/gal was looking to only carry one “do it all” call to the turkey woods, this would be it. Not to mention it’s beautiful.

Purchased the box after watching a few clips of David using them on the NWTF website, I immediately knew I loved the tone. The call is amazing and runs really well. I will be picking up a pot call. When I broke it out at camp the fellas all said wow that’s pretty, after they heard it 2 of them said they are buying one.
First time out, called up nice 2 yr old gobbler which my 15 yr old grandson took cleanly with one shot. I’m sure that won’t be the last, great tone and volume especially on windy days. Already have the purple heart and cedar, going to get a walnut and butternut for my grandson . Great craftsmanship!

Bought this call last year near the end of the 2019 season and was super bummed I didn’t get it in time to hunt with, but that’s okay, cause this is a smoking hot sexy and awesome sounding call and I’ll be starting 2020 with it in my vest! Can’t wait to see what it’ll do to some South Central Alabama Longbeards!!! P.S. if you buy this call you gotta get the box holster too, it just completes it so nicely having it in the holster!
